How can we transform our organisations, communities and lives by being who we are and  acting with questions and conversation?

To the host of hosts, thank you for creating such an amazing space for us to come together and explore the Art of Hosting. Your passion, warmth, insight and willingness to walk by our sides made this one of the most memorable few days in my life. And to all of you who attended, thank you for the richness of conversation, for taking this journey with me. I  look forward  to our continued conversations in the weeks and months to come....

What are people saying .....about our trainings and teachings

The melding of three modalities: hosting good conversations, using my personal katana (sword) and practising contemplative brush calligraphy was magical and enabled me to deepen my personal and professional leadership capacity.

* I learned to center myself and stay centered

• I understand better the role of warrior.

• Incredible sense of Community.

• Just what I needed to blow gently into the fire in my belly.

• The essence of the institute. Keep it going.

• I loved the interplay between the three different practices.

•I appreciated the opportunity to learn and practice the teachings through embodiment rather than through conceptual understanding.

• I don’t see how it could have been better learning.

"This was all that I had hoped for and more. Toke was masterful and an impeccable model. Bob Wing playfully, but with strong intent, helped us learn how to commit to action as we put our stake in the ground. And Barbara created a safe space for us to make visible gestures from a still and quiet space inside. What I have taken away from this workshop is subtle and yet very deep. My life feels transformed even as I continue to integrate all the wisdom shared so generously in this module."

“ I have never before worked so creatively!.
